Ki to Health One-Day Retreats with Shelley Easthope
Need to open new doors? Always wanted to know what this 'ki' felt like? Want to learn some shiatsu technique? This workshop helps you access ki--the unlimited resource for health and harmony. Anyone can have a physical experience of ki and learn 'Ki Testing', as well as learn to apply ki for health and graceful living.
Ki to Health is a six day series of workshops providing a practical introduction to Asian medicine and specifically shiatsu, for men and women who want to enhance their own health and well-being and desire to reach out to help others.

Medicine Beach Clinic
Treatment with Shelley Easthope
Relaxation, freedom from pain, renewed energy, increased awareness--these are all reasons people seek treatment with Shelley either in single sessions or in a more regular 'regime'.
Shelley’s sessions typically are a blending of the formal technique of both shiatsu and reiki and incorporate knowledge Shelley has gained from studying other modalities such as reflexology, polarity and cranial-sacral work. This combination offers diversity in both the style of treatment and the conditions which may be treated. A background in western anatomy, physiology and pathology ensure safe and effective treatment for all clients. During the session the client wears loose clothing and no oils or lotions are used. Clients may also request only reiki treatment, without the use of other technique.
Shelley is available for scheduled treatment Tuesday-Friday 10AM to 4:30PM and on Saturdays 2PM to 5:30PM. Clinic sessions of 1 1/2 hours are $80.00 and 1 hour sessions are $65.00 in the Medicine Beach Clinic on Pender Island. Housecalls may be arranged for an additional fee.
